A diamond, grown — not mined
A diamond in every way
Crystallised carbon, identical to a mined stone in its physical, chemical and optical properties — and graded to the same 4C standards by the International Gemological Institute (IGI).
A traceable origin
Every Lumis diamond begins above ground, in a diamond growth facility — never in a mine. No blasting, no displaced earth, and a supply chain traceable to the lab that grew it.
Considered, always
Growing a diamond takes real energy — we won't pretend otherwise. We work only with growers who disclose how their facilities are powered, and we publish what we know, plainly.
“Every Lumis diamond arrives with its whole story — the lab that grew it, the hands that set it. ✦”

Frequently asked
Is a lab-grown diamond a real diamond?
Yes. A lab-grown diamond is crystallised carbon with the same physical, chemical and optical properties as a mined diamond — it is a diamond, with a different origin. It is graded to the same 4C standards, and we describe it as lab-grown everywhere, always.
How are Lumis diamonds certified?
Every Lumis diamond is graded by the International Gemological Institute (IGI). Your certificate number is laser-inscribed on the diamond’s girdle and can be verified on IGI’s website at any time.
Why do lab-grown diamonds cost less?
A shorter journey. A grown diamond goes from facility to cutter to setter to you — without mining operations or a long chain of intermediaries. The saving reflects the supply chain, not the quality of the stone.
How does delivery work?
Free, fully insured courier delivery anywhere in Singapore, with signature on receipt. Made-to-order pieces typically take 2–3 weeks; in-stock pieces ship within 3 business days. International delivery is available on request.
What if it isn’t right?
You have 30 days to return any unworn piece for a full refund, and one complimentary ring resize within the first six months. Every piece carries a lifetime warranty on craftsmanship.
How do I care for rhodium-finished white gold?
Our white gold pieces, like the Lucida Tennis Bracelet, are finished in rhodium for a bright, mirror-white lustre. With daily wear the rhodium layer naturally thins, and re-plating every 1–3 years is normal maintenance for any rhodium-finished white gold — it is not a defect, and it isn’t covered as one under warranty. Any trusted jeweller can re-plate the piece; the diamonds and the gold beneath are unaffected.
Will a lab-grown diamond last?
Forever. Diamond is the hardest known material — Mohs 10 — whether grown or mined. It will not cloud, fade or soften, and it can be re-set, passed down and loved for generations.
